Staff are excellent and they greet you with a friendly sincere smile. Big thank you to Sandra from Reception and the rest of the reception team. Antonia Cleaner did a fantastic job. Hotel near Botafogo beach but you cannot swim there as the area is a parking lot for small boats and the water is not clean. Near to subway and bus stations. Many fast food joints and restaurants around. Area is very safe. Near Praia de Botafogo shopping malls. Three cinemas in the area. Buffet breakfast needs more vegetarian choices. Room Menu needs more choices. Parking staff are very helpful and the fee per day is very cheap compare with other hotels. For business travellers you can easily conduct meetings in the restaurant as it is very quiet and not many people there during the day.

The balcony was great but needs some furniture to really enjoy it, I had to drag the chair out of the room in order to sit outside. The staff could not be more helpful

Good location in Botafogo, close to FGV for example. Very friendly and capable staff at reception and the restaurant, they are clearly well above average. Restaurant: good food, well-prepared, healthy options. Breakfast good with sufficient options. The equipment in the gym was partly unusable and broken by insufficient maintenance. The gym is therefore. It fully functional and. It as expected. Airconditioning in the room present and works, but incredibly loud and therefore impossible to use if you want to sleep. What is it in hotels that sleep quality is so often compromised. A good rest, a safe and clean place and good options for work (wifi) is essencial for a business travellers. Good safety for indications. Rating would have been 4 stars at least if aircon and gym had been in a better state.
