Sir Dennis Dulay is very hands on with his work, he accommodate us and make sure that we are comfortable and safe. Rooms and bathroom are clean, this hotel is child friendly, near to restau and MTR. 🫶🏼🫶🏼♥️♥️♥️ Will definitely come back!

On arrival my fiancée & I were greated warmly by the reception staff with a prompt and true professionalism attitude to a new guest, the gentleman on the desk Mr Aslan, Mr Owen, Mr King also Dannis Dulay the front office manager assured my fiancée & I that our room was ready and we were on the executive floor room 1327 over looking the gardens and part of HK harbour. The room was very spacious and spotless clean with adequate tea coffee facilities for us, the king size bed had pressed sheets, 4 soft pillows and was a joy to sleep in. The bathroom again was superbly done with all the amenities you would expect from a 6 star hotel in London UK. The hot water was instantly give through two different shower heads rain and hand held one. The towels are of a quality Royalty would use and a lovely idea to keep plastic to a minimum they installed a water purified drinking tap for you to fill and reuse a glass bottle for the fridge in the room. Plenty of hanging places with a safe for your valuable items. The hotel is very clean and well appointed, light and airy every floor polished every mirror and window shining, again I can only put this down to a can do attitude with customer service at a very high level on all aspects of this industry from the house keeping up to the management department headed my Dennis Dulay, as I looked at this operation in progress I could see that all the staff held Mr Dennis Dulay with high regard this tells me that it was a team effort on behalf of them to make their guest comfortable in their stay. Well done Royal Kowloon Hong-Kong there alot of hotels that should follow your examples. I would have no hesitation in endorsing your hotel and staff to anyone. My wife and I will be visiting HK again next year and I will be booking the Royal Kowloon again for my stay. LORD JACOBS.

Thanks to the generosity of Mr. Dennis Dulay, we were upgraded to a suite at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the family room we initially booked had issues with the air conditioning, but the staff at Regal Kowloon were incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.... more

Thanks to the generosity of Mr. Dennis Dulay, we were upgraded to a suite at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the family room we initially booked had issues with the air conditioning, but the staff at Regal Kowloon were incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I always choose to stay at Regal Hotels because of their food and spacious rooms. After trying the Sha Tin branch, I'm eager to book our next stay at the TST branch. Thank you again Regal Kowloon. Looking forward to book this hotel on our future Hong Kong trip.
