Loved the hotel breakfast was amazing with so mahy options.Had a great stay for 4 days.Had a great relaxing massage overall a great place to stay with family will come back for sure.my kid enjoyed a lot must visit hotel Staff is courteous place is easily accessible

I really enjoyed my time at Orea. Staff was lovely and let me check in at 10:40 am. If I would have arrived earlier, they would have let me to have breakfast, which is included in the price. The breakfast is fabulous with plenty of choices. On Sunday we had a French breakfast option with croissants with cream, cheese selection and Moet champagne. The restaurant it’s nice and has a lovely view.Even though I didn’t ask, they changed the towels and cleaned my room daily. Every evening I made myself some tea. I went to the pool daily, which was included in the room price and it was lovely, as it helped relaxed my tired feet, which walked 10000 in the beautiful city of Prague. They gave me a bathrobe and slippers for me to use at the pool. They have a machine which dries the swimsuit. Just outside the hotel, on the left, there is the tram station, Malovanka, and the 22 tram takes you to the Prague castle and to the Old Town, which is very convenient. As you go on the right, to the next station, there is a restaurant with a terrace. They have nice beer and food at low prices. I even when to get a haircut in the neighbourhood. The room is clean, with carpet, minibar, kettle, tv, and it looks great. Breakfast is between 6:30 to 10:30. Pool is open 7 am to 10 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. After checkout, they let me store my luggage until I left to the airport, in the afternoon. Overall, my stay was 10 out of 10.

We booked the Pyramida extremely last minute following an abysmal experience at the hotel we had originally booked for our stay in Prague. We have stayed at Orea hotels before and always found them to be consistently good. It was fairly late in the evening when we contacted and the staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us a couple of different room options. We decided to upgrade to a slightly larger room with separate living area due to the fantastic price. The hotel is situated beyond the castle so is a little far from the centre of Prague but still on a tram route which is really handy. Reception are staff very friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely enormous with a huge wraparound balcony, two TVs, Nespresso machine and kettle etc. The wardrobes/panelling in the room was a little dated but the bathroom was large, sparkling clean and the beds were very comfy. We were provided with a sofa bed for our daughter which was perfect. All areas of the hotel have been refurbished and are very clean and stylish. The hotel has a great, well equipped gym and pool area which are included in the stay, although this is a small extra deposit to use the sauna. Breakfast was fantastic and this has been our consistent experience with Orea; there are cooking stations for pancakes and omelettes and then every breakfast food you could think of, everything fresh and very tasty. They also encourage you to take a snack bag from the buffet to fill with whatever you choose which is really handy if you want a snack for your day out in Prague. The only drawbacks we really found with this hotel were: outside appearance is not fantastic but a lot of money seems to have been invested on the inside which is great. The restaurant wasn't available in the evening when we tried to go due to a company event, the only food available was down in the bar but it was very crowded and noisy and was a set price buffet. However, there are a couple of local pubs further down the road that do great food.
