No pictures or words can really explain our stay at the Atlantis at the Palm! From start 1st of April right to our last morning on the 10th was incredible plus the temperature at that time of the year is perfect! There is honestly so much to do when you come to this hotel but one of my favourite things was sitting with a coffee taking in that incredible tank down stairs! Want to say a special shout out to the man who took care of our room whilst we were here “Abhijit” who went above and beyond and even left a beautiful display on our bed for my partners birthday! Definitely cannot wait to get back out to Dubai and I will definitely be booking to stay in the Atlantis again! Also make sure whilst staying here you take the opportunity to visit the Royal (the Atlantis sister hotel) for dinner one night and check the hotel out, another incredible place!

“Great service”

Amazing service. Our valet Suwandi was so sweet, friendly and very efficient. He is an asset to the hotel. Facilities and service as well as service friendliness was the best I have experienced. Hotel restaurants are first class in terms of service, variety and quality

Time stayer: 5 days / 4 nights. Short review: Absolutely horrible hospitality and service for 720 € a night. 1. Check-in. Horrible. We wanted a early check-in, it wasn't possible. They would put us on priority, but doesn't matter in this hotel. Since check-in time was 15:00. At 15:15 , retried to check-in i was told 'one moment' afterwards it took an additional 1.5 hours to get into our room. The desk woman, told us that she would be back shortly, without communicating to us why. After she took half an hour to get back, not keeping us updated and in the end just to give a dining voucher because of their fault, i care more about communication than anything else. I told that my wife is pregnant and we were exhausted from the trip. It didn't matter , answer was no. They instead told us, that if you add 4000 AED you can get a room directly. Well that surcharge is ok, but a little to much if you fail to provide adequate and kind and humble service in the first place. So i thought they are not worth the upgrade. 2. Breakfast / Dining It is amazing how many option are served. Everything was so delicious i enjoyed everything of it. The sweets and the food were absolutely awesome. The Khaledoloscope ? was the best. It is small and compact, providing a good variaty of options. It was awesome, the mini-pies were absolutely awesome, super delicious i think even michelin grade. Nothing to complain about the food, it was the best of the best. At breakfast avocado toast with egg, could be made for your eyes. Awesome! Downside: Seffron on the other hand was absolutely packed of people. It looked more like an eating barn, then anything else tbh. Service again, absolutely horrible, chaotic and to many people for to few personell. This is something i felt overall, there were so many people and the staff cannot cope with that many people. It was just to much. It is unbelieveable that so many people are able to afford around 1k a night stays. I also didn't like that the personell somehow knew what perks you had. It didn't give me a genuine overall feeling. It was alot fake, fake hospitality, fake kindness, for example. They were kind, but when in, and at the table they re-asked my roomnumber for maybe 5 times before i entered the breakfast. I was also forced to write my name down next to my roomnumber. 3. Overall Awesome place, really good. Nice pool, private beach, waterslides. Service not on par, absolutely horrible. 'A little to late'. I like more a humble and kind approach to everything. If i order something i expect the waiter to think with me and advice me, provide me. Outside, around the pools, it was really hot. In some 5 star hotels, there were people walking around with free-of-charge water drinks. None of that, if you order drinks. They just give you the can, that is it. Whilst i expect, a can, straw and on ice, next to me on the table, not just a can to throw it at me. I asked for a straw, i think he now still searching for a straw. 1k~ a night , outstanding service is the most important aspect of that price. It is the bare minimum in my honest opinion.
