A Great Find!!.. This is a great Hotel Complex and No-One should be disappointed with this choice!! As we could not find fault!!… We were here on an All inclusive Couples holiday and as it was our first time in Egypt we didn't really know what to expect from what was classed as an Egyptian 4-Star Hotel but whilst the Hotel was a bit dated and I’d say was more like a European 3-Star - We had ZERO problems when 'On Site', It's a Big Sprawling Complex with Outdoor Pool Areas within the Complex, The Hotel is situated right on the Beach Front where the Sun Loungers were free and beside that is a nice Terraced Area near to the Bar where you can sit in the Sun or Shade... Apart from the Beach / Sea there's plenty of Historic Outings, Local Boat journey’s, Camel Rides, Horse & Carriage Trips and Diving on offer - You don't have to go looking for a ‘Booking’!… As The Touts' will soon find you but it’s got to be said they are all of a good friendly nature!!... For the best Price - Remember to Haggle though!! :-) The Staff? They are really hard working and friendly but I’d observe that might be tempered with the fact - As Egypt is quite a poor Country with low Wages - That they are quite friendly as they are on the look out for ‘Tips' but not to any extent that you are hassled!!, Personally?, We Tipped Staff quite often because we thought those involved were definitely worth it due to their efforts!!, The Rooms? The one we stayed in was compact but fine as it was just a ‘Base’ and it came with Free Air-Con, A Free Safe, Fridge and an excellent Housekeeping Service (Every single Day!)... Actually, On this daily basis... The Guys doing this were really great doing humorous stuff by creating funny Shapes and Designs from the Towels and Toilet Rolls!!, Another nice touch by Them and the Hotel was that it was my Birthday when we we were there and after Housekeeping had been - We returned from an Outing to find the Room had been decorated with Balloons, Petals and a Celebratory Blanket!! - And…Additionally, The Hotel Kitchen had made me the equivalent of a Black Forest Gateau and left it in the Fridge... What a genuinely nice touch!!, As I say we went A.I … So, The Food?... There was Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks & Dinner all on offer.., Obviously at Main Meal Times the usual staples of Fish, Chicken, Salad can be found and on the whole at all Serving Times we thought the array of choice was pretty good only repeating on some Dishes very occasionally... So, In this regard l'd find it hard for Anyone to say they couldn't find anything to eat!!, What was also really commendable?: If you had an early Trip booked the Hotel provided you with a Buffet Breakfast on request which Reception went and got for you before you left … What a stuff the Kitchen Staff had put in these bags although appreciated it was far,far too much!!:-) Drink? A good variety of Teas / Coffees, Still Water from Coolers, Soft Drinks, Local Spirits and Beers are offered between 11 A.M - Midnight ... So decent!! And if you wanted a Cocktail?... These were only 2-3 Euros each, (Just on Currency? - As it's a closed Currency in Egypt - We actually took out Egyptian Pounds when we arrived in the Country but we found that most Places are more than happy to accept Euros or GBP and probably prefer that!!) All in All we have no complaints with the Hotel or our Service and obviously although this is through no fault of the Hotels - The one Caveat I’d state is: I would warn that some Holiday Sites say this is in Hurghada - IT IS NOT!!... It is classed as IN that Area although it's actually at a small place called Safaga which is some 45 Minutes from Hurghada itself and apart from a few other Hotels, Shops and a couple of Restaurants there is really NO Nightlife on offer here so if you don't fancy staying in your Hotel or travelling 50 Minutes back to Hurghada City itself for any entertainment, Bars etc. - This might not be for you?... Thankfully... We had quite a few Historic sightseeing Trips Booked which meant we were away very early and back very late - However, If not for these I think we might have got bored if just being around the Hotel every day!! Something to maybe think about before booking!?, BUT... My main Review IS on the Hotel and honestly we had a great Time here and on the Hotel basis alone given it’s excellent Location and the Service we received - If you did want to come here?... I'd thoroughly recommend it!!

“Unforgettable experience in Egypt”

I was in Egypt for the first time when I was a little baby, so I was really looking forward this trip. Well, the hotel really was way more better than I expected!!! I was in Egypt for the first time when I was a little baby, so I was really looking forward this trip. Well, the hotel really was way more better than I expected!!! The rooms are so nice, so as the service, there’s a huge variety of dishes in the restaurant, not to mention the Animation team!!! Guys were really welcoming, funny, all the activities were super fun☺️☺️☺️ Truly recommend this hotel!

“Good”

Servise is good, beautiful Beach and sea. Animations very active and friendly. Food is good too. Rooms nice, but not every room. Pool is big and in March is not too much people, so you have space for swimmimg. Reception are kind and friendly and very clean toilet .
