“Great affordable location for disneyland and val de europe”

We have just returned from a 4 night stay. The room has a clean citrus scent when we arrived. The bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean. The linen on the bed was crisp and new. There was plenty of towels but we also brought own from home. There was toilet paper, tissues, handwash and washing up liquid. There was a starbucks self serve machine and a water fountain with paper cups. The bakery is a quick stroll away and was absolutely fantastic. Val de Europe is also a quick walk. The bus for disney just stops round the corner. That was great to use. No pushing and shoving etc we found everyone very courteous and friendly. Staff at hotel were friendly. Constantly cleaning including the pavement outside apartments. The pool looked lovely but we didn't use it. All plugs working snd windows and doors very secure. We would stay again. Only issue was fridge was off when we arrived. This wasn't very pleasant as it had a smell. Once switched on and we cleaned it then it was fine.

“Good location for Disney”

We stayed for four nights to visit Disney. We arrived early afternoon and were checked straight in with no issues. We stayed for four nights to visit Disney. We arrived early afternoon and were checked straight in with no issues. We were given a slightly larger apartment than we had booked, which had a bedroom then living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds. We had a microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, crockery etc so you could easily make food in the room if you wanted. I would recommend taking an extension lead if you use hair appliances etc as mirrors weren’t necessarily near sockets. The room and corridor areas were dates and a bit tired but there was work going on while we there and signs up saying they were carrying out improvement works. The room was clean and we had plenty of clean towels and bedding (the towels and bedding looked new). We felt for the price it was good value for money as we were really only using it as a base. We used the pool on the first night and the changing rooms and pool area were clean and well maintained. There are lockers in the changing rooms that you enter a code to lock and you can bring your towels down from the room. The location is great for Disney. You could walk from the hotel to the parks in around 20 minutes or the shuttle bus takes about 5 minutes. There are times during the day that the shuttles don’t run so check the times at reception, they do run later than park closing though so you can use them to get back. When you leave the hotel, cross the road, turn left, cross the road and you’ll see the bus stop that the shuttle stops at. Coming back the shuttle leaves the little bus station near 5 Guys in the village (stand F) which is seperate to the on site bus at station. Val d’Europe is just next door to the hotel, turn left and cross the road and you’ll see the entrance to the food court area. There are a couple of super markets at the other end of the shopping centre. There’s also a Primark that has a Disney section if you want somewhere to pick up clothing etc. There is also a small shop area in the hotel that sells packs of mini essentials like shower gel etc and drinks, snacks and a few ready meals. The staff we encountered were all very polite and helpful. We were worried before we arrived as we had read some negative reviews but we would stay again as it was a good location for the parks, clean and good value for the price.
