We booked as a group 18 rooms in total. The rooms were clean, basic and we received fresh towels and our bins emptied everyday. The beds were very comfy and out of 49 of us not 1 person had a complaint about the rooms. My room had a bath and a shower but no plug for the drain in either the bath or sink. It did not make our stay any less without but may need to think about that in the future for other families staying. It was basic, and just what we imagined it to be which fitted perfectly for our trip. All staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble for us. All in all the hotel was good and kept clean at all times. If I was to visit Toulouse again I would more than likely book here as its location was perfect, no issues with hotel, local to all transport routes.

The hotel is in a prime location a few steps away from the train station and bus station. Therefore, arriving in the city late in the dark, it did not take long to get to the hotel. In a crime-ridden city like Toulouse, this is very important. The hotel itself is a budget option and there is a staircase leading to the room. The room is small but comfortable. The staff speaks English. The price is appropriate, even good.

Solid location, within two minutes to the station for easy travel links, plenty of good bars and restaurants near-by. Staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful, all speaking both French and English. Breakfast could be better, although there are plenty of good places in town to check out anyway, so this is not that much of a biggie. Otherwise I would happily stay for a third time. We probably will, as my girlfriend is a French citizen from Bordeaux, so we have started a bit of a tradition of visiting Toulouse before going to Bordeaux.
