“Retirement”
Staff was outstanding. Helping us find our way around. Spoke good English but helped me while speaking French. Even loaned us a power cord for our iPhone Breakfast was good, nice selection. Enjoyed our visit to Toulouse!

“You get what you pay for”
Booked this hotel for one night on a stop over in Toulouse as a group of six. Had three twin rooms, two rooms had no functioning A/C, one had no plug in the bath (rooms all had baths not showers), there is no fridge in the room and no safety box.
