The hotel is 4 minutes walking from Ermou street, so simple, clean. Breakfast is very simple as if you are eating at home. The receptionists are great, always smiling and ready to help.. George is the sweetest, he’s so friendly and kind and very realistic and helpful. I would like to thank the people who work in the kitchen, they are so helpful and fling their best to give the best. Rooms are very tidy. I believe it’s the best location for a hotel..

“On the bucket list if you want to stay in the center of Athens ”

Very good location, not far from the metro station and the city center. Helpful staff, clean room and good breakfast. Close to the location you find plenty of restaurants and for the shopaholics plenty of stores. A walking distance from the Acropolis too.

My wife and i stayed here for 9 nights around the first of April. We absolutely enjoyed this hotel. We had a Junior Suite with a balcony. My wife and i stayed here for 9 nights around the first of April. We absolutely enjoyed this hotel. We had a Junior Suite with a balcony. Breakfast was included along with a transfer from the airport to the hotel on arrival. The room (403) was spacious with a sitting area and a nice balcony. The view from the balcony is nothing special but we enjoyed having a glass of wine and listening to the city go by. The hotel has a great location minutes away from Syntagma square. The walk to the Acropolis is less than 15 minutes. Ermou street is two streets over so all very convenient. The staff is excellent and very helpful. We had no issues with the A/C. There are restaurants and bars nearby. The only issue we had with the hotel is that the internet does not work well. We ended up using the hotspot on my phone because we could never stay connected to the hotel internet. We would absolutely stay here again.

We arrive on a Saturday during the Greek Orthodox start of Lent - Fat Tuesday party. The location of the hotel is great close to Plaka, Psriri, Acropolis etc. The staff were very helpful in suggestion for LOCAL restaurants which they would use. Most of these places were less than 15 minutes walk and in one case across the street. The places they suggested were very reasonable and had great food. The breakfast they had was European style, meat, cheese, eggs, fruit, pastries, yogurt etc. The only problem which happened while eating breakfast we one of our fellow guest made toasts. Well it is a 4 slice toaster, so if you put your's in and a fellow guest put theirs in later and reset the toaster, the bread would burn resulting in smoke and the fire detector went off. The first time this happened my wife alerted the guest who took out his burnt toast after it set off the alarm, the following day another guest burned their toast, needless to say fire alarms are not good when you are eating. Nothing serious just a pain for management to reset alarm. Problems we experienced. The hotel had not activated their AC yet and our room on 5th floor became warm. We opened the windows but because two bars were very close to hotel and everyone was partying, the music didn't stop until 4 - 6 am on Saturday and Sunday. Not the hotel's fault, if you closed the window, no problem - no noise or very little. The mattress was a memory foam so that added to a sleep warmth. We normally have temp set at 64 degrees/17C. Note had similar problem in Create and Santorini but could open window. The other problem was the very small bathroom. The door would hit toliet if you tried to open it fully, it was easy to have two people in bathroom unless one was taking a shower. The pendant lights over sink could be a hazord since they were head level and I hit them at least once. The problems were inconvenient but not world shaking. We would use this hotel again if in Athens. The Staff, The location and room were good.
