“Great place for getting around the city.”
Room was huge, but a little bit noisy with the trams going right past the window (room 102), but it never really bothered us. We enjoyed our stay, lovely, friendly staff and it was very clean. The breakfast was great with alot to choose from. At the moment there is alot of work going on out... more

“Fab Stay ”
The hotel was in a fab location , it was clean and tidy with a gorgeous comfy bed!! The breakfast was amazing and the staff in the restaurant were so lovely!!Would highly recommend staying here!! We would return just for the breakfast!!

“Excellent Location”
The hotel is in a prime location and within walking distance of both the Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh Museum. Restaurants in easy walking distance. Some of the charm of the location is lost by the work going on in the canal now. Breakfast was wonderful!

Honestly, I probably would have given Dikker & Thijs 3.5 stars if that was on option. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city on the lovely Prinsengracht, and steps away from a tram stop. Five stars for the location.
