We spent a lovely, relaxing 5 days here over the Easter holidays. Everything went smoothly. Staff were great, very efficient. Our boys LOVED all the activities - football, basketball, petanque, darts, volleyball etc There's three different activities each day. The staff who run the entertainment (animation team) are amazing and our boys especially got on with Marchelina. There are four main big pools so plenty of space and options. We often went for the quieter pool in zone A. The pools in zones B (closest to complext entrance) and zone C (near to the pool bar) were the busiest. We stayed on a self catering basis which worked for us. We recommend using the Eroski supermarket as opposed to Lidl as it's bigger and has more selection. My husband is vegan and Lidl hardly had any products whereas Eroksi had loads. Head to zone D and exit out of the complex, less than a 10 min walk. There's a couple of Spars v close for little bits and a shop on site. We ate once at the pool bar which was very nice but pricey. There was entertainment every evening, inc a mini disco for little ones at 5.30pm. We enjoyed the quiz night. There was karaoke one evening and a circus lady called Elastic Lisa one night too! The beach is close by and really lovely. Recommend visiting it, even just once. Our boys swam in the sea though it was a bit chilly. We stayed in a premium apartment, which has one bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge. Very clean on arrival. Only small downside was that air conditioning unit didn't really work well. Not an issue for us as temperatures were not too hot in April but can imagine it being worse in summer. On our last day we had to check out by 11am but our flight back was not until 9pm. Reception said we were welcome to stay for the day and told us about the courtesy shower block in zone A. It was very nice and really useful as the boys could have a shower after swimming and there are toilets in there too. Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries too. Brilliant break away, can't wait to go back!

“very good entertainment highly recommend”

Highly recommend was really entertaining with children very good music staff were persistently entreating/dancing/singing all night kept kids occupied. Entertainment every night so no issues and was on until a reasonable time very happy!

A fantastic place to stay. The hotel consists of a number of two storey blocks spanning across large areas with lots of green spaces giving it a v spacious feel and plenty room for children to play safely. There are a number of pools. We were situated in a block just a little further from the main building with our balcony overlooking a good sized pool. The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. Probably the best we’ve stayed in. Our eldest son made use of the gym which was inclusive and he was v happy with that. Only a short walk to the main strip and the beautiful beach. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. We loved it and would definitely visit again and stay in this hotel.

Lovely holiday ‘village’ in the heart of Alcudia. Two storey blocks and loads of open spaces, pools and playgrounds. Spotlessly clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We are in a studio for two which is spacious and pleasant, with a well equipped kitchenette, a lovely bathroom, and quality mattresses. The only negatives are the air con which is frankly useless, and the 4 UK tv channels are generally unwatchable with pixelating and freezing due to the signal. Going AI buffet restaurant was ‘reasonable’ but definitely room for improvement, especially in the desserts, and cooking a maximum of TWO omelettes at a time at breakfast MUST be addressed before the busy period arrives. Compliments to Juan whose service is exemplary. However the alternative is the pool bar menu and drinks, which are excellent, compliments to the chef; and Cintia, Angie, Ricardo and Hamza who provide top service. Several mainstream drinks brands are AI which was a very pleasant surprise, a fact which the management should market more proactively. The main entertainment bar has a full range of drinks available, and serves Cruz campo beer. Anmi works tirelessly so ensure you don’t go thirsty. The entertainment is still ‘work in progress’ at this stage of the season, but I’m sure will be fine as they build their repertoire for the busy months. Would recommend this hotel for a great stay for anyone, and highly recommend it for a family looking for self catering, as it is the perfect set up, and there is a Lidl just up the road for all your essentials. I would be happy to return, even happier if those few simple negatives were rectified. In fact my niece, her husband, 3yr old and 6 mth old, are booking for September based on my feedback.
