The unique selling point of this quirky yet boutique style hotel is its location. Literally a few minutes walk from St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge and a few seconds walk from shops and restaurants. The easiest way to get here is via the Aquabus from the airport to the Rialto stop. The decor and style is quirkily Venetian. Our room was on the second floor and it was cleaned daily. We had a good nights sleep every night and lithe hotels central location did not equate to any noise at all at night. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice . Whilst the breakfast room is small you schedule your own time to eat meaning that the room does not get overly busy. All staff - from the maids to the staff on reception - were 100% excellent. There was always a smile and a welcome from everyone. We even had the cheek to ask one receptionist for a kettle and some mugs and there were delivered to the room in minutes ! Some might bemoan the lack of a hotel bar but the room had its own minibar with plenty of drinks choices . All in all a classy , brilliantly quirky boutique style hotel that comes highly recommended. Venice is amazing and if we were to return we would book into this hotel again. Bellissimo!

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. This hotel is in a very good location as it's only about 5 minutes away from Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The street in front does get busy, but it calms down by the end of the day. The breakfast was very good and included a variety of foods, including eggs, breads, and sliced deli meat. You do have to reserve a breakfast time the day before, but it wasn't a hassle. There is an elevator, which is great for those with mobility issues. We had a triple room, which was very big for what we were expecting! It included a king-sized bed and a twin bed on the side. There were a lot of outlets, which was great for us and charging our devices. Most of the staff was helpful and nice, but there was one gentleman in particular who was very rude. He was rude to me when I asked if there was air conditioning, claiming that their website says that it's not on when it's summer in Venice. I have a screenshot on this review to show that the translated version shows that is not that obvious. I have family members who are incredibly sensitive to high temperatures, and knowing that the air conditioning would not be on during spring would have helped me make an informed decision. I didn't have service downstairs or a connection to the Wi-Fi to prove my point. I appreciate the gentleman who took over for him to try and find a solution to our issue. I ran into the same rude man again, this time asking for recommendations for a cafe (or bar as it is in Italian). He dismissed me, saying that there wasn't a minibar in my room or in the hotel, which I knew. I clarified that I was asking for a recommendation, and he only threw out a few random directions and did not tell me the cafe's name. I decided to find out one myself and not interact with this man for the rest of my stay. Everyone else was helpful and he was just a sour one in our experience. This is a good hotel otherwise.
