“Clean and functional.”
Great location to discover the top half of Venice and go explore Cannaregio and the Jewish Ghetto. Water taxi minutes walk away, more shops that you could visit, a real contrast to staying a bit deeper into the islands. The room was clean and functional. “Excellent place to stay”
Our room was called 'Lido' - 2nd floor, no issues with the stairs. We arrived after midnight,easy to find with the directions provided, access to the Property was very efficient, using the bell and getting the front door opened remotely - our room information was in an envelope on the Front desk ... more

“Quiet, clean, easy to find steps from train and action”
We opted to stay close to the train station (no need for water bus to get there and easy with luggage, no bridge or stairs) yet just a 1/2 block from the action...bridge, food, water, water buses and trains. “Great location. Nice hotel”
The location is excellent. Right next to the train station, but hidden in a small alley so it's not noisy. The breakfast was good and the staff was very kind. The only downside is that the beds are too narrow and the mattresses were not that comfortable
