“Ideal hotel for our short stay”

We stayed here for 2 nights when we visited Florence as part of our Italy tour. We arrived at the main train station in Florence. We were happy to walk to the hotel which took about 40 minutes, however I saw plenty taxi's at the train station so you could easy jump in one of these. The hotel is really easy to spot, its on the main road with a large hotel sign. The hotel is quite dated, but we still had a good stay here. Check in was really easy and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map of Florence city centre and also directions to the nearest bus stop. This bus stop was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and a 10 minute journey into the city centre (you could walk this in about 25 minutes). The bedroom was really big, with a really comfy bed!! It had a large dressing table and wardrobe (plenty storage). The bathroom was a good size, with a good shower!! The room had a TV but only had Italian channels which is to be expected, we used our laptop to watch Netflix after a long and tiring day exploring the city!! The wifi at the hotel is really fast!! The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The room also has a safe which was simple to use. The hotel does have a bar, but it was closed when we were there as the hotel was quite quiet. However when my partner went down for a drink they were very accommodating and were happy to get him our drinks and snacks. The hotel does serve breakfast, however we did not use this service as we ate out and about as we were only there for a few days and wanted to see as much as we could. My partner was informed that the hotel will be getting a full refurb at the end of the year. Overall we had a really good stay here and I slept so well in the comfy beds. Although the hotel is quite dated, this did not ruin our stay and it was still a lovely hotel with loads of potential. I would defo recommend staying here for a short break and if you don't mind being slight out of the city centre. Thanks for a great stay!!

The best of this Hotel are breakfast. You have a lot of options to choose, everyone will find something to eat. About room, walls need to be repainted asap and curtains would be nice. The best of this Hotel are breakfast. You have a lot of options to choose, everyone will find something to eat. About room, walls need to be repainted asap and curtains would be nice. Bathroom was very small and shower wasn't tight so every usage we had a water on the floor. Our bed contained 2 single person mattress not one kings bed so it wasn't that comfortable. Service for us was helpfull, they recommended one restaurant for us, maybe not the cheapest one but it was good and other things.

“Regular hotel”

Location is a bit far from everything, around 1.7km away from Campo do Marte train station. There is not much to do around the hotel. Location is a bit far from everything, around 1.7km away from Campo do Marte train station. There is not much to do around the hotel. If you want grocery shopping there is a Coop supermarket around 800m far from there. Breakfast buffet is simple: some sliced meat and cheese, boiled egg, fruit salad, croissants and cakes, cereals, yoghurt, bread rolls.. Breakfast could be better: add some granola, more bread options, more sliced meat options, add a hot buffet. Juice is completely rubbish, couldn't drink it.
