“Handy for Lucca”
Nice modern hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar staff particularly so. We didn't have breakfast but the food and service at dinner was good. “Best Western Grand Hotel Guinigi”
It's a very good hotel. It's located on the outskirts of town, so you need a car and the parking there is ample and free. Excellent staff. We got an upgrade and the room was immaculate. Good breakfast.

“perfect hotel for its price”
An excellent place to stay . Rooms are a good size and very clean and light. Bar is nice place to hang out and bartender makes good cocktails . “Pleasant stay”
Very comfortable stay, welcomed on arrival and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful each day, special thanks to Gabrielle who was always helpful in the morning. Only marked the hotel down because of the frustrating internet always logging you out and requiring new passwords.
