“A very decent hotel!”
Hotel Universo is at a very good location and has very friendly and accommodating staff. The only bad thing was the very slow internet service, but other than that, our experience was positive. We found a great one-night stay deal, too!

“Good Hotel, Good Position”
We were in Turin to visit my husband's family so we needed to be near transport etc. This hotel is ideally situated for visiting all parts of Turin. “Okay for the price we paid”
Could not find the Information booth at the station, so caught a taxi to the hotel, luckily we did as it was a little too far to walk on a hot day with luggage. We found the staff pleasant & helpful.
