The hotel is located within 5 minutes of walking distance from the Rome Centrale train station - the room size is big- However the room is very hot and when enquired about the air conditioner, front desk mentioned no air conditioner until March or April . My wife and I stayed in that hotel in Dec 2023. It was very nice and quiet. It has a very good location because it is located near Termini station. Very convenient clean and staff helpful good breakfast selection starting very early … self service breakfast but the coffee was very good … pasry and cheese section was my thing .. thank you very very much if in Rome I will be definitely using it again .

“Good hotel”
Best hotel by the train station. Great customer service and clean rooms. However, if you have a problem in your room, it will take them hours to send someone. Breakfast is not cheap but it has literally anything you want.
