“Fabulous Hotel”

a beautiful boutique style hotel which is immaculate and the rooms are fabulous would recommend as also a fabulous base for the hop on and off buses juts across the square.has a fabulous roof terrace with bar and restaurant. hope to go back to it in the near future.

My fiancé and I stayed in three different hotels throughout Italy and this one was our favourite! If you are from Canada or America, this hotel and its rooms are smaller compared to a lot of the larger chain ones we have. The sun hit the streets of our street-view beautifully in the morning and evening time, and as a busy area, you can watch the city wake up and fall asleep. It comes with a mini-fridge and some snacks which you do have to pay extra for if you choose to consume anything, which was to be expected. If you are as much of a coffee fan as my fiancé is, you'll appreciate the espresso machine in the unit. I loved the all-blue spiral staircase, however, they have an elevator for guests as well. The elevator is small and can get congested sometimes, however, the staff always smile and prioritize guest use first. The elevator goes to the top to MASA, a rooftop restaurant and bar. Every time we left and came in we would always get a polite greeting from the front door staff. It was always a great feeling to return to a freshly-clean room after a long day exploring Rome. As far as surroundings, there are some tourist shops and convenience shops nearby, as well as a camera store we went to a couple of times just outside the hotel. We were also a short walk to bars, coffee shops, and a gelato place that served us vegan gelato. On our last night in Rome, we tried somewhere else just to experience different surroundings, however, I regretted not coming back to the Major. When we visit Italy in the future, we know the Major will accommodate us with great service and a charming atmosphere.

“Perfect last night in Italy ”

Rome was our last stop on a 3 city tour. We needed a hotel near the train station so we could walk from it coming from Florence. What a pleasant surprise! Beautiful modern room, gorgeous marble bath with a bidet. Nice view of a historic basilica from the room. Breakfast was great as well. Would stay there again in a minute.

“Thanks to The Major Hotel!!!”

The hotel was nice and clean. Hotel personel were very helpfull and friendly. Location is ok. You can walk many popular places in 15-20 minutes. The worst thing was there was constant bad odor inside the hotel. (Something like drain). Overall, it was very nice experience.
