We had our first holiday in 20 years and we chose Iberostar Cala Domingos in Majorca and it was outstanding in every way.All the staff were so helpfull and friendly and the food was fantasic.Our accommodation was spotless and was cleaned every day.We were there for 3 weeks and we never left the place.Both the swimming pools were lovely and clean and the water was not cold.The only disappointment was the beach which was scruffy but did not belong to Iberostar.One of the biggest surprises was we arrived at about 2 am in the morning and we were offered somethink to eat and drink.Nice touch.Hopefully we will be going back next year.Regards Martin and Susan.

“Lovely clean and spacious”

Loved this place. Love how spread out it was. The pool area felt so clean and light. Refreshing to see light modern tiles being used instead of orange dingy ones. Interior / decor lovely throughout hotel. Food was good. We went in October so not everything was open but will go in better season next time to make use of other facilities. Easy taxi into Cala Dor

Booked this hotel as a last minute 7 day break for me and my partner through easy jet packages. Was a little bit dubious as haven't stayed in an all inclusive hotel for a long time and thought the pictures looked too good to be true. However from the minute we arrived we were so impressed, unfortunately our flight was delayed so we arrived at 3am rather than 10pm but the reception desk greeted us at the coach, checked us in fast and took us to the front door of our room via a buggy and offered us food and drink (we were too tired though). The reception area is beautiful and felt like a modern, clean new spa and our hotel room was also beautiful, we had a massive private balcony. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and clean. We spent most of our time at the quieter pool and the beach - really enjoyed there was no fight for sun loungers and the no return in 45 minutes towels are removed - we never struggled to get a space. The quiet beach we really enjoyed and it was a short walk over the rocks to the more busier beach if you like that - we got a boat trip from this area on one of the days. The resort is spacious and hilly in spacious but we enjoyed this as it felt quiet and we enjoyed walking back and to for exercise - the buggies are constantly bringing people around so you never need to wait more than a few minutes for one if you don't fancy the walk. The staff are AMAZING, so polite, happy and go above and beyond to help, give recommendations and remember your drink choice. Food was lovely and selection of drinks great, I follow a vegan diet and found the selection of salad and veg great and the vegan desserts. It would be even better if there was maybe some scrambled tofu or vegan sausages at breakfast :). Rooms were kept spotless and thought it was really nice that beach towels were left for us without asking the day before we were due to come home so we didn't need to dry our own towels before coming home. Water stations around the hotel - great shop on site and gym/tennis court - amazing Me and my partner felt really safe and welcome - being LGBTQ+ this is really important to us. Loved that can use the app to see what's going on in the hotel. Would definitely stay in an Iberostar in another country and will be looking at them in the future. Only negative was that on our last day a private party of Trivagao staff started turning up on coaches whilst the rest of the guests left. They were very loud and a little bit rude/disrespectful which was disappointing to see. However this was not the hotels fault and just a reflection on trivago staff.
