“Great place to stay in Mexico Reforma area.”
I liked the additional security in the lobby. The room was FANTASTIC. Great location close to our convention venue. They should be able to change Peso to USA dollars at checkout. All the staff was very kind. The beds are a somewhat hard and the pillows are stuffed with foam. Place needs sof... more

“Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and 30 mins walk to Zocalo”
The staff is great! We have stayed here a couple of times and always enjoy the accommodations. The location is near the historic downtown. “Hotel in Redlight District”
Unfortunately in a Redliight District !!! if leaving the hotel there is no way to avoid the "Ladies" on the streets around the Hotel Bustours-Hotel, very loud as guests from Travelgroups stay in the same same floor and partying in and front of their rooms and elevator
