“Great service”
Oscar, Sergio & Ivan gave the best service at the concierge and shop - super helpful and kind. The prices in the shop were also very reasonable. Aircon in the rooms isn’t great, but is manageable and the breakfast was also great and runs basically all morning so there’s no rush to make a small wi... more

Very friendly and extremely helpful. Beautiful hotel and very clean! This nose a very relaxed atmosphere. We advise to come check out the experience food was fantastic and entertainment was superb. We were also accommodated with early check in.

“Very pleasant stay”
The facilities are really nice and the staff was amazing, helping us a lot as we are traveling with a small kid and the help meant a lot. The images coffee place downstairs is really pleasant and the bar on the rooftop has a great view on Reforma Avenue and a chill vibe!

“Excelente experiencia!”
The Restaurant views are amazing and the service is outstanding. Christina in particular was awesome, very attentive and helpful. There are many food options at the buffet and the cost is reasonable. I recommend this place and will definitely come back 💯
