The best customer service and attention to detail that I’ve ever experienced! Francisco is professional and his politeness was refreshing! Fernando y MariCarmen were great as well. Others in the service industry could learn from them!

“Good hotel ..”
We stayed here for 1 night great hotel ,room nice , bed comfy. Bathroom good hotel quite Staff friendly, restaurant food good ... but hotel is about 20 mins from Mexico City Airport... but they do run a shuttle from the hotel on the hour ... would recommend

“Well trained and equipped people”
People better than the facilities. The reception was awesome. Great start, however, rooms smell very horrible of smoke. Gym is decent, but ready for new equipment.
