“Very nice stay”

I enjoyed my stay at Wyndham. I only used the hotel for sleeping , so cant tell about the facilities, breakfast and bar. clean room, nice bed, and room A little noise from the street at night

This hotel is in a great location close to amenities and the Rynek. Lots to do and handy for most local walk tours. The hotel is under renovation which caused slight inconvenience due to noise and dust but overall wasn’t too bad. The room was average, it was clean and the bed was comfortable, although another pillow would have been better. Despite asking for our room to be cleaned daily this did not happen, only 1 day out of 4 was our room “cleaned”. By this I mean bed made, not changed and the bin emptied. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. They assisted us to book airport transfer when leaving however I would suggest booking this out with as it’s considerably more expensive booking through the hotel. We were charged 95 polish złoty and if we had used a bolt taxi would have been 40/45. Our mistake. We ordered room service on 2 occasions. The first time the order was wrong despite being phoned to check our order and clarifying we still received the totally wrong order. We let this go the first time. The 2 time we decided to order at the bar to prevent any confusion. The food is pretty awful and over priced for what it is. I wouldn’t recommend eating it the hotel. Overall the hotel was nice but I wouldn’t stay here again.

“Nice Location But”

Very good location! But the hotel is under renovation so it is dusty at the lift area with minor noise at day time The shower water pressure is very low, I stay at level 2 only but the pressure is not even to cope.

Cons: - Persistent Noise Issues: The hotel's proximity to several nightlife establishments results in relentless street noise, making restful sleep nearly impossible. This situation is exacerbated by inadequate soundproofing of the external windows. Moreover, the hotel’s ongoing renovations begin at 7am—three hours earlier than the 10am start time advertised on their website—resulting in a non-stop noise environment. - Inconsistent Housekeeping Services: The housekeeping team's approach to privacy and cleanliness was inconsistent and often intrusive, entering rooms without prior notice despite a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign being displayed. On occasions when the room was marked for cleaning, it was neglected entirely or only partially attended to, with essential items like shower gel, tissues, and toilet paper not being replenished. - Laundry Service Delays: The advertised same-day laundry service was misleading, as it took four days to return the laundry. The omission of the non-operational status of the laundry service over the weekend on the service form was particularly frustrating and should be rectified for clarity and transparency. - Deficient Quality Control and Staff Service: Initial room conditions and dining experiences indicated a significant lack of quality control. Faulty lighting, empty amenity dispensers, and unwrapped chocolates raised concerns about hygiene and guest preparation. The breakfast offerings were sometimes undercooked or improperly stored, leading to food safety concerns. The absence of apologies or acknowledgements from the staff when these issues were raised highlights a need for improvement in customer service. - Miscommunication Regarding Spa Availability: The closure of the spa, though mentioned on the hotel’s website, was not communicated effectively, leading to unmet expectations. A clearer notification about such facility closures would help in managing future guests’ expectations more effectively.
