Good afternoon, dear friends. My wife and me love Rome very much. The last two years on holidays we stay at the Hotel Noto (Raeli Hotels), because of a convenient location, family-friendly hotel and quality service. But the main thing, as it seems to us, in Noto is a wonderful staff. Extremely sympathetic, always ready to help. We are very grateful to Mirela, Stefano, Giulio and Roberto and hope to come back again. Sincerely yours, Viacheslav and Anastasiya.
We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was really friendly, you can ask them anything! The room and the breakfast were fine. Good airconditioning in the room. The hotel is close to a big train/metro/bus station.
We stayed at Hotel Noto for 1 week. During our stay we found the staff pleasant and helpful. Our room was small but comfortable. The road outside the hotel can be quite noisy throughout the night which was not ideal. The cleaning staff did a good job with regards to cleaning our room on a daily basis - however the towels were not always changed. Breakfast was very simplistic - muesli, cornflakes, yoghurt, tinned peaches & pears, doughnuts, croissants, bread rolls, ham, cheese, toast, jams, honey, chocolate spread, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and diluted fruit juice. Room for improvement in terms of breakfast selection. Wifi was confined to the lobby and breakfast room. Overall, a pleasant, but minimalistic stay.
Good location with close transport links; Roma metro, tour buses and much more. Staff were generally pleasant and they tried to make us feel good all the time. Facilities -poor. Rooms need painting to look clean, lay out of the floors and corridors clumsy and too narrow. Who in this age only limits wifi to the lobby???????????????????????????Guys get real competition is right at your door step.-poor service for this, it shows you do not care a lot bout your clients or you do not know who they are. No air conditioning Fire safety fell short to my scrutinising eye. same breakfast items every day.
Absolutely disgraceful, worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It truly ruined the whole holiday experience! After a long day of traveling we were all looking forward to a decent bed to sleep in for the following days, instead we were greeted by a fold up, unstable camp bed, one being completely out of use meaning three of us had to squeeze into two single beds pushed together. Utterly unpleasant (especially for the one in the middle) To follow this the bed sheets were wafer thin and rock hard accompanied with a lovely greasy texture, leaving us with no other option than to sleep with the towels that were self provided as the ones given by the hotel were never changed or washed. The air conditioning was extremely noisy and even when left on for several hours, gave out no cold air what so ever which gave us no choice but to turn it off as the noise was resulting in lack of sleep (as if the terrible beds weren't enough to ruin your beauty sleep) The damage in the room prior to our stay was excessive: the hairdryer was out of order, the bath was stained with grime, bulbs were missing, mould grew in both the bedroom and bathroom, the tv didn't work, neither did the fridge ,finally the door seemed to be hanging off which meant it was very difficult to open and close. The hotel which is highly unworthy of its 4 star rating claimed to have wifi, but upon arrival we found it was only accessible in the reception and not in the rooms, even then it required a lot of patience to use as it constantly buffered and disconnected. Unlike the rooms the reception was always clean however this was due to the middle aged male cleaner who was always lurking and giving very uncertain looks to the younger girls in our group which made us very uncomfortable to stay in the lobby for longer periods of time. The man at the desk was also extremely unhelpful and very rude at times towards us making our stay feel like hell!! The only thing that made the hotel slightly worth while were the croissants and coffee in the morning. 100% would not recommend hotel noto as your choice of rest, completely put a downer on out lovely time in Rome.
