“Great location”

This is good for a 3-star hotel really. The breakfast offered enough choice and was quite ok. The outside hot tub of our room offered nice relaxation. This is good for a 3-star hotel really. The breakfast offered enough choice and was quite ok. The outside hot tub of our room offered nice relaxation. The room itself was cold though, and the bath tub at the end of the bed was just waste of space. The location is really perfect for seeing the best of Granada. The hotel offers what you can expect from a 3 star hotel and maybe even just a bit better.

“Pleasant Stay”

First impression: Modern Looking Hotel with colourful furniture.Paola at reception is a Welcoming face that makes check in so pleasant.Fast and helpful.She also informed us the surrounding areas that are walkable n not so walkable.Like any good hotels.... more

Stayed 3 nights from 16 to 19 November 2023. First impression: Modern Looking Hotel with colourful furniture.Paola at reception is a Welcoming face that makes check in so pleasant.Fast and helpful.She also informed us the surrounding areas that are walkable n not so walkable.Like any good hotels.The frontline sets the tone for a good stay. Breakfast the next morning is as efficient and welcoming.Selection of food is good but not as wide a spread as some other hotels but quality is there. We did some laundry here and it is priced at $25uero a laundry bag.So we stuffed 2 and hand it to reception. That took around a day to return to us.To save cost u could do yr laundry at a coin operated laundromat but we were pressed for time. Location wise,when we first checked online on where to stay it looked like it's a bit further out from the rest but it's actually very nicely located. Easy access to most places of interest including Alhambra. Room.We stayed at the junior suite so not sure of the other rooms.Upon opening the main door we hav the toilet /shower with the main room with a kingsize bed on the left and the other room with a pullout bed .It's cozy enough for our stay.Could use a few more hangers though.Only found in the main room. What makes this stay a pleasant one is the people.And that is most evident here in Granada five senses.Most notably Paola.She's quick to respond to request and handles them with a smile. Management:if you're reading this .She's an asset to yr company.This coming from a previous Hotelier myself.

“Great location, hard to reach by car”

Really enjoyed our stay. But it was horrendous getting to the hotel by car. But, once there, a warm welcome and car parked for us. Room was clean and tidy. Good night's sleep. Very close to cathedral. Good advice from staff re getting around town. Would have been 5* if accessing had been easier.

Reception on checking in was cold and unwelcoming, no smiles, no welcome and most mechanical - 1st sense of a hospitality industry totally absent! Reception on checking in was cold and unwelcoming, no smiles, no welcome and most mechanical - 1st sense of a hospitality industry totally absent! Lounge did not give a warm feeling with plasticky looking furniture devoid of any warmth! Bedroom was sparse and had a sterile feeling; shower screen too narrow resulting in wet bathroom floor whenever a shower is taken. Windows did not keep outside noise out and one could hear sounds of cars and trucks throughout. Breakfast room sense of smell? None whatsoever not even of coffee and breakfast spread could certainly be improved with more choices and scrambled eggs were overcooked every morning! Coffee quality could surely be better. On checking out, another cold mechanical approach and instead of “thank you and have a good trip onwards” or something similar, it was “ok, you’re free to go”!! It was the most unwelcoming reception ever encountered in our month trip in Spain. Where any any of the 5 senses?? There are ceryaunly much better and more welcoming hotels for any future Granada trip!
