“Cheap and cheerful”
16 of us visited Madrid for 3 days and stayed at Hostal Valencia. The Hostal is on the 5th and 6th floors of a 9 storeu building with a lift (holding 4 people). “Basic accommodation in an old building in need of refurbishment. Amazing view.”
Very old building, tiny lift which fits 4 people, takes forever to get to the 5th floor if there are lots of people waiting, also the entrance is very dingy, dark and has stairs up to the lift.
