“Great stay, great staff”
The hotel was super nice, had a good location, and was clean, but we were most impressed by the staff. All the staff were amazing, but Fredo was especially great. “Very good hotel for a trip to madrid”
The hotel was very good to stay at. Clean and good service from the staff. The only problem is the proximity to the bars and Main Street below. Obviously this is bound to happen due to being in the centre of Madrid but, rooms close to the exterior of the property can be more likely to have noise ... more

“Good hotel in Madri”
Good hotel! Prime location near major attractions. Room was immaculate - spotlessly clean. Truly a good place to stay for exploring the area. My “average” score goes to the Gym in the hotel. Tight room, no air-conditioner and very limited weight/equipments for work out.
