“Mayerling experience”
Excellent location and very attentive and welcoming staff. The hotel is accessible to Gran Vía and other tourist places in Madrid. The staff provided us with tips on places to visit in Spain.

“Superb! Basic but Superb!”
Superb! Basic but Superb! Just that really, spotless, great central location, although away from the crowds. No desk in the room in case you did want to work or get ready, but I wasn't working. “Fabulous spot”
Great Hotel that is well priced. Location is perfect, close to the metro and sights and the staff were very helpful. The room is compact and comfortable. Making the booking was easy. And we got a great recommendation for dinner. I would definitely return when I come back to Madrid.

“would definitely recommend”
Good location very central ,clean , good ambiance , Yansel the receptionist was a help in all aspect , good breakfast , very homely , it can get a bit noise at night time ,the only thing we did not like was the shower ,which in our opinion it can be done better .

“Good basic hotel”
Great hotel for a short stay. Basic, clean and great location. If I was to stay again I'd ask for a higher floor as I was on the first floor at the front so it was fairly noisy! Luckily I was planning an early start to the day as the deliveries etc get going early.
