“Very nice, small area for improvement.”
Hotel staff were very helpful, any issues we had were resolved quickly and efficiently. Close to Cartagena metro line which we used the whole time for our stay and took us right around the whole city. Hotel staff very helpful when showing us how to navigate! “Good location but certainly not a "five star" hotel”
Officially, this hotel seems to be classified as a five star hotel. I would rate it as four star, no more, no less, when you are given a room not (!!!) facing the six lane road in front of the entrance. Interesting hotel. Design over function. Room we had was oddly sized with odd features that made it difficult to use. No space in the hotel to work outside of the bar.
