“A gem in Madrid”
Perfect location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Thanks to Vanessa, Olga, Sonia and Nadia. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Street musicians were playing beautiful classical music during noon. Some rooms have a little balcony to enjoy

I was there only for one night during a business trip in Madrid. The position of the hotel is very good, in the center of Madrid, on a pedestrian steet. “Spot on.”
All staff members are lovely, and I couldn't ask for anything more in the room/ hotel. Well priced and close to everything. Tick tick. Reception 24/7 and again, lovely staff and prime location. If I go back to Madrid, I will certainly stay there

“Very good”
Great hotel. Super comfortable and the staff was very helpful and polite, we even got a metro card and a map when we arrived. Our room was spacious and beautiful, beds were warm and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. We loved our stay.
