Pick up at airport was smooth and efficient, room at Peninsula was excellent, large and luxurious with great views over river. All Peninsula staff we dealt with were polite and very helpful. Went for a conference and stayed longer to celebrate wedding anniversary. We stayed in this hotel a decade ago and were glad to see it was as elegant as we remembered it.
