Yet another fabulous stay at The Park Hyatt Hotel and Villas! Our 9th visit….and we will be back. It’s our home from home. The whole team at the hotel make you feel very special. From the first moment you step through the door, you know you’re going to have a fabulous holiday. The food served throughout the hotel is excellent. Our daily walk on the beach…sets you up for the day….best beach in the UAE in my opinion! Special thanks to Sujeewa, Trever, Jean Paul, Ritik, Ignatius and Karolina for making our stay the best. Well done to all the team….keep doing what you do! The best!

“High quality everywhere exceptional dining”

Family holiday in March with my 19 and 20 year old songs. Hugely impressed by the Hyatt. On arriving early we were generously offered an early check in which was so welcomed. The location is super on arguably the best beach in the city. And the property is immaculate and well kept. For us we're quite foodies and we found all of the catering exceptional. We tend to be a little sniffy about buffets but wether it was breakfast or dinner we were blown away. You can tell the kitchen staff put a tonne of effort in and the food is delicious. Nice touches like the a la carte eggs/mains menu at breakfast is a nice touch. We also really appreciated the half board arrangement where we could swap between lunch and dinner at the hotel. We found the half board menu at the Cafe for lunch very good indeed. The beach here is lovely. Fine sand and a great beach bed setup make this a lovely spot. There's quite a lot of construction going on which isn't the best. And the beach team bringing snacks and drinks are a great add. We used the gym, the amazing basement spa (men) and the tennis court. The padel tennis is out priced so we played once but it was too expensive for a daily hit.

“Gorgeous stay in Abu Dhabi”

Perfect Hotel to Relax at the Beach or on the Pool. The food for dinnner or Breakfast was always really tasty with lotof Variety. The hotel has good Options for Sports with a Golf course in close proximity.

Stayed at the Park Hyatt for 4 nights, and it was truly amazing. The staff throughout the hotel are all friendly, polite,and professional. From housekeeping, Anshal , our room was immaculate and we love the turn down service. All the pool attendants were helpful with putting out the towels and keeping the ice water topped thank you Mustafa for serving the cold ice lollies. The cafe restaurant are doing an amazing job, the chefs, Sankal, Diya, Vinod, Nur , are always happy to provide a fantastic food service and also the chefs making sure food is topped up and served hot they always go above and beyond. ( The food is amazing , my favourite was the Indian & sea food night) (There is a different food theme each night , ) Mr Anshad, the restaurant manager, always made time to speak to the guests, making sure they are happy with everything. I requested masala chai ,for breakfast and Jithu made the perfect cuppa, everyday . We were always welcomed by name in the restaurant, and usually sat at the same table if it was available, we were served by Atritrika, she is polite and professional always made time to go above and beyond. Claire made our restaurant experience special, always has a beautiful smile and very welcoming. Shaz also very helpful bringing us the wine, and drinks for the evening, always polite and friendly. Meghna and Said, are also doing an amazing job. Adrian thank you for your kind hospitality as we arrived and the ladies on front desk all doing a great job. We had lunch once at the beach house, which was nice, we were served by Colleen, he was a polite and friendly. We had a very memorable time at this hotel, and taking back lots of special moments, we are already missing it, and look forward to returning. We want to thank everyone at the Park Hyatt, everyone behind the scenes too without you this hotel wouldn’t be what it is! Keep up the fantastic work!
