“Good stay in grand excelsior hotel”
Housekeeping is excellent mofizur neat and clean rooms with good services breakfast and food is good in taste and swimming pool is also excellent good location view from window is nice and good room services housekeeping team especially mofizur is veri good

“Excellent hotel in bur Dubai”
We stayed in the grand Excelsior for about a week. Housekeeping service was really nice People are sweet, food and restaurants are really good too. Great service Mohfizur bhaiyya was a great help, he was diligent and really sweet. We had a great time here!

“Grand excelsior i like it”
The hotel staff are approachable, kind and friendly they also have excellent lobby. They also have beautiful rooms it is also clean and neat and the room service is also excellent. The facility here is very excellent. I have a great time staying here even though i stayed for awhile.

The place is good nice and tidy, rooms and food are good hotel staff nice and approachable. Dubai is a nice country and beautiful city. Room facility are very nice.. the food that they prepare for all are very nice. Especially indian cuisuine
