“Easy to book - attentive, good, polite and helpful service at reception 👍”
Very easy to book and centrally located in relation to the Royal Albert Hall, where a concert was the goal of the journey. Super good service and very friendly service at the reception. Super delicious breakfast at the restaurant just across the street, super easy. Very nice to stay there 😀

“A warm welcome in a lovely location”
Great location in South Kensington. Fantastic staff. Many parts of this hotel have been recently refurbished. Breakfast is across the road at their sister hotel, as is the hotel bar. It was excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

“Mixed bag (although maybe you cannot do better?)”
On the one hand, the location is great, and my room (near the top floor) was quiet. The checkin process was efficient.
