Very comfortable one night stay at the Tower Bridge Hotel. I’ve stayed there before, knew it was great. Had an Evening out at a Charity Art Auction at Christie’s. Wanted somewhere convenient to stay and you can walk to the Hotel over Tower Bridge, that’s a really good thing to do when you are in London and just off the train at Fenchurch Street Station. Great room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and friendly staff.

“A mix of good & bad!”

Great welcome from excellent, and very professional, staff member Renalyn. The room itself was fine, we'd asked for a quiet part of the hotel. BUT we were opposite some rooms of school girls who milled about the corridoor right outside our room until late (and then again at 6.45am), chattering ... more

Great welcome from excellent, and very professional, staff member Renalyn. The room itself was fine, we'd asked for a quiet part of the hotel. BUT we were opposite some rooms of school girls who milled about the corridoor right outside our room until late (and then again at 6.45am), chattering loudly! At 10.15pm I went out & asked them to move away. This really spoiled our stay and I didn't sleep well either night.

“Disappointing for a premier inn ”

I booked a premier plus room during April for a hen do. Unfortunately the first room I was given had issues with the air con (it kept making a loud vibrating noise every thirty seconds) so I had to change rooms. Staff were helpful about this but the second room had the same issue so in the end I couldn't use it. Wasn't the end of the world as I could open the windows but a bit disappointed (especially as I paid extra for the premier plus room!). The main reason for the three star review though was the fact I had to ask twice for my room to be cleaned. I stayed three nights and after the second night of it not being cleaned, I did go down to reception to complain. Again, I can't fault the staff as they sorted it pretty quickly and it was cleaned within the hour but it's a shame I had to ask reception for a third time which made the experience a bit negative. I've stayed in lots of different premier inns in London and I've never had an issue but personally I think the premier inn at Brick Lane was better.
