Services from the apartment was outstanding I have an Autistic Non-Verbal son who managed to runaway, the gentleman Nick from reception closed down the entire building and found my son with in seconds. The four days we stayed in the apartment we received a courtesy call everyday to make sure we was okay and to make sure we had plenty of bedding and towels we couldn’t fault the staff and services any more. Many thanks to Nick he’s absolute Gentleman made my wife and children feel safe and secure. Recommendation 10 / 10

“Another enjoyable stay at Marlin Empire Square”

Having recently visited with extended family, a double apartment was great and very close access to key areas of London we were visiting - so going for a family trek just 6 weeks later, this was the only place to book + within 20 minutes of the Shrek experience area and Westminster. At reception, Malviko and Yaya were more than helpful and provided all the info I needed for our stay. We had a lovely 6th floor apartment with a small balcony looking westward towards the London Eye. Having a hub to stay in London rather than just a hotel room means you can go at your own pace, breakfast and get ready how you would at home - cook an evening meal in the full kitchen rather than rely on fast food or pizza's every night (there is both a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local within minutes of the place). Also lovely to relax in the evening on the sofa looking out across London. Having spent trips to London before having a family, there is so many more places we will need to explore, so will expect I will be booking more treks down to London, and using Empire Square for their Secure Parking makes getting everything we need home from home easier.

I spent 3 months at Marlin Apartments on a work secondment, and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Murugan at reception was especially helpful in accommodating my requests when altering my booking and storing luggage. Additionally, the location is very central and the apartment is quite spacious.
