“Pre-Gatwick accommodation”
Great hotel. You know what you get with a Premier Inn. My original room had not been re-furbished and the TV was tiny. I asked for a better room and was immediately provided with one. “The staff make the experience.”
Really good check in experience. The last on the desk was very polite, patient and helpful when we realised that our parking confirmation, that we got from the travel agent, was incorrect. “Sleep Easy”
All was better than expected. Rooms were superb, well designed and well thought out. Bed was super comfortable. Meal Deal was very fairly priced for evening meal and breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful and we experienced no troubles whatsoever.
