“Business trip that made me feel right at home!”
Top notch customer service from start to finish. The place is beautiful, the staff is the best of the best! Extremely warm and inviting rooms with comfort at the top of the priority list. Great location and don't forget to ask about the history.

“Excellent Customer Service”
I called late at night to request an amenity for my partner who’s birthday was on the same day as check in. Bernie at the front desk was a huge help and gave me some great recommendations! thank you again Bernie for your assistance again! Will definitely recommend your hotel to friends in future!

“Humberto is the best!!!”
My friends and I had a wonderful time here for a friend's wedding, however I felt especially inclined to write a review because of the hotel’s wonderful, kind, concierge named Humberto. “Exceptional Service!”
We were visiting Miami’s Coconut Grove area and needed a nice place to stay overnight. We received awesome service from Bernie & Wesler! Both were very helpful and accomodating regarding our early check-in. I highly recommend this Hotel for an excellent experience. Will be back to stay again soon!
