“High Time @ The Horseshoe”
The room is Spectacular & Fabulous everything to my liking. The Machines are great but they're like every other Casino they keeps the money in the house. Lots of machines to choose from but I'm a High Limit Slot Player. After all said and done it was a Great experience.

“Excellent”
As always the rooms are super nice and the customer service is always on point!! Shout out to my host Kelly, she is always helpful and lets me know she’s available if I have a problem!! Of course the restaurants are all nice. I love the cleanliness of the entire Hotel!!!

“Happy Anniversary.”
Came here for our 33rd anniversary. The ladies at the front desk were great and Larry was exceptional at getting our luggage and us to our room. Very comfortable beds and nice accommodations. Only drawback is no in room microwave. Will be back.

Great facility as far as that goes, but the service and employee attitudes were the absolute worst. Never dealt with so many employees that were seemingly one step away from suicide - unhappy, unwilling, uninspired to do a decent job at customer service. It was really a shame. This is a man... more
