“Will return!”
I was absolutely delighted with my experience at 70 Park Avenue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Coffee maker and kettle are available, was asked if I wanted either when I checked in. Housekeeping brought up shortly thereafter. Bathrobe and slippers ... more

“Great staff”
Thank you to the staff at 70 Park, especially Monica. I left a valuable item at the hotel and Monica was incredibly prompt and communicative about getting it back to me. This staff really cares about making sure you enjoy your stay. I will definitely be returning to 70 park.

“Excellent Experience in New York City”
Very pleased with our stay! The hotel staff is amazing! We travelled to New York City in part to celebrate our child's birthday. Upon arrival, mini cupcakes and a birthday card were displayed in our room for our child - a welcoming surprise! The room / bathroom were clean and well maintained.... more

The 70 Park Avenue Hotel has a great location and nicely appointed rooms, but it's a barebones hotel with almost zero amenities. The hotel's website borders on deceptive; under its "amenities" section; it says there's a yoga mat in every room, and adds, "there's plenty more – but some secrets are... more
