“Great location”
Great location, with a full and attractive staff, which seems to happen less since Covid. The rooms are comfortable and well lit. The on site, underground parking was convenient, but they also offered valet parking. They are a short walk to the river, and many restaurants, and coffee shops.

“Should be better for upscale hotel”
Hotel does not provide anything, only coffee in rooms which is never good no breakfast without added fees. For an upscale hotel some of these amenities should be included. Rooms are not spacious.
