“Great place to stay”
The amenities and staff keep us coming back to Roundhouse year after year. We always enjoy our stay there and the staff is always accommodating to our needs. It's a great place to just relax or use as a home base for exploring the White Mountains.

“Gem of a place in beautiful Pinetop-Lakeside Arizona”
My husband and I have stayed at the Roundhouse Resort 4 times now. We love the woodsy Pinetop area. The rooms are clean and spacious even tho the resort is a bit old and the bed was comfy. The property is clean and very well kept. They have lots to do on site - Mini golf, and other outdoor game... more

“Cool stay to cool off, beat Tucson heat.”
Excellent spacious unit, close to pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center. The resort is near a golf course, casino, stores, and restaurants, but not too close. The area is beautiful, and cool, very walkable, ans relaxing.

“Why timeshares”
This resort is old, tired, needs upgrades, which the assistant manager seems to have a handle on. Very disappointed in the whole RCI process of cost for membership, cannot find a good trade and when you do find one the trade fee is ridiculous. “Keep your standards Low”
Great location. Very Scenic. Spacious rooms. Would I stay again? No. Zero customer service. Super uncomfortable beds/couch/chairs. Front desk never answers phone. Drafty. Kitchen utensils/pots from Dollar Store. No movie streaming. No games or activities. Jacuzzi was filthy.
