“Great Little Inn”
We loved our stay at the Craftsman Inn. Our room was well appointed and immaculately clean. “Gem outside Syracuse NY”
Excellent decor, and "down-home" service in this Independent HotelMotel. Their Restaurant is superb, great beer list too.

“Quiet, clean and comfortable”
The Craftsman Inn is conveniently located 4 minutes from rite 481. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restaurant attached is delightful. Great place to meet friends and unwind. The hallways are a little dark, but its not a negative, I just noticed that they seemed dark.

“Definitely would return”
We were allowed an early check-in and were warmly greeted. The lobby is very nice, with a fireplace and seating arrangement near the large, brightly lit breakfast area. Our room was perfect for our needs and the towels were large. The fitness room is large for a hotel this size, not a lot of car... more

“Disappointed”
Initially the place seemed nice and the staff friendly. However, after four days I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. Not once were towels replaced or waste baskets emptied. A quick run over the carpet with a vacuum would have been appreciated.
