“Great value hotel for universal”
Hotel was clean and excellent location for access to universal studios, staff were very friendly at reception happy to call taxis etc, our flights home were late afternoon there is a safe room for checked out guest luggage and u can still come and go as u need to before leaving.

“Orlando amazing !”
One of the cleanliness hotels the staff are super friendly and very helpful, any issues u can text and this is resolved very quickly. Its a family friendly hotel with excellent facilities the waterpark is half under cover and good when it's too hot!

“Faulty air conditioner”
The hotel was nice to look at however if you are a light sleeper you won’t sleep I could hear the next room going to the toilet, every single word of their conversation.
