This attractive hotel is surrounded by several small gardens. The staff spoke good English and handled questions and problems well. The breakfast was excellent value. There was a very attractive courtyard where breakfast could be eaten in good weather. My room was clean and comfortable. I liked the Place DÍtalie area - it felt safer than some areas of Paris and there were good restaurants, a supermarket and many shops nearby. There seemed to be regular markets in a nearby street. Altogether, I thought the hotel was very good value and I will certainly stay there again on my next trip to Paris.

We had a conf at pierre et marie curie faculty of medecine ,the hotel location was 5 min walking. Also the hotel situation near place d'italie was perfect for metro 6&7 line .near z hotel there was also a mall (italie 2)huge with many shopping stores&carrefour inside. The hotel team was so friendly & kind helping us in many question about touristic issues.rooms small a little bit but fair enough.breakfast also nice. I recommend it👍🏻

I stayed here twice in 6 months, it was PERFECT. Loved the location, felt safe, great restos near by.... an easy choice! The room was the perfect size, clean bathroom, dark at night, quiet... it was just right!

It was hard to find the hotel because the entrance is in a small open-gated area but once you find it it is well kept. The front staff is friendly and speaks english. The elevators are clean and small and so was my room. The room had good air conditioning, a small refrigerator in the lower cabinet near the door and plenty of counter space. The beds were comfortable with good lighting and there were many electrical outlets. The bathroom is small but with just the right amount of counter space to put your toiletries. The water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Maid service was daily, however, just the minimum amount of towels are stocked in the room when we asked for more each day by writing a note for the maid to see. We found out that the maid could not read english writing. There is no laundry service at all at this hotel. We were told that there was a laundry mat a few blocks away from the front office staff. :( The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the metro and there is an indoor mall nearby with a small grocery store to stock up on food and drinks. There are also plenty of eateries such as Subway, KFC, McDonald's, and a few outdoor cafes that are reasonably priced.

My Fiancé and I spent a lovely weekend at this hotel. It was easy to get to from the Metro, and in a quiet part of Paris, with cafe/bars close by. We found the staff friendly & welcoming, the rooms were lovely, although not the biggest, they were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice, especially nice being able to sit out in the courtyard. I would stay here again without a doubt.
