nice service by mr Teddy. i am very surprised which is being upgradeable to new room. very polite service and nice room. i just hope with the new upgradeable building and new management will serve us better.

I stay for about 4 day during my working visit in Medan. The hotel location is strategic and near shopping center in Medan (plaza Medan fair). At the first time when I came, my room are locked, the receptionist change the card and it solved. After that 2 times in a row, it happened again until they change the battery of the door card machine.. it really ruining my mood.. The other thing is the lift on the hotel still in maintenance and only one active.. The positive things about this hotel are the cake at the breakfast session. It never fail me. But the breakfast menu really need to be more rich to satisfy the customers I know this hotel try hard enough to satisfy customer. And I see all their efforts :)

Usually I read travellers reviews b4 booking yet ddnt have time to do so. Was worried after reading all negative comments , since I booked for one day I decided to bear the consequences. Hotel re innovated. Clean , friendly staff and very helpful. Room type: double room.

Booked thru agoda. The room is not what you see in any booking engine. Old, dated furnitures. The bedsheet was brown. I was offered to upgrade for another 150k rupiah and I got the newly renovated rooms as shown in agoda. I have 3 rooms and for 3 nights so the topup is 1.35million rupiah. This hotel is overrated! Spend ard 600rb per night per room. No swimming pool, no gym, no spa. If they expect you to understand that they are on renovation they should state it in Agoda earlier and not after you have done your transaction.

I stayed for 3 nights. The service is nice but the air cond is unbelievable. The room's temperature cant go down from 26,5. It's totally a joke! And it makes me feel dissapointed. Will not return here.
