For the money we paid we wasn't expecting too much but, couldn't fault any of it. The staff couldn't do enough for you, from reception, bar, restaurant to the cleaners. Lovely people all of them. The rooms were clean and, was close to the sea and local area. Entertainment wasn't great but he was funny. we had a great week got the bikes out, went fishing, used the local transport was good.

Nice clean hotel with very good food always lots of choice. We were given a room on 1st floor just above reception on main road it could be a little noisy but not that bad as not often in room during day, night times the road wasn't as busy so did not disturb sleep. The pool area was very shaded by surrounding buildings so not much sun but there was another pool on the roof with no shade so great for sun worshippers. Only one bar which was at the shaded pool. Night time there was no entertainment but music was played in seating areas, the bar was very busy and some of the staff were quite rude, all drinks were served in tiny plastic cups and you could only get 2 at a time. The beach and main strip with shops and restaurants were a 5 minute walk away. Nice enough place but don't think I would stay there again.

Lovely clean hotel.Food was good I'm a fussy eater but always found something.Staff was great,beach fantastic,pool cold,only 2 complaints if your on the road side of the hotel take earplugs must be one busiest road's through the area,and the lifts always waiting a long time especially at meal times.Its not the hotel I wouldn't go back to its the area.

Came for a short 5 night stay. Hotel is ok but if you want your drink in a glass you have to pay. If you want your coffee in a cup you have to pay. It’s styrofoam or clear plastic children’s party cups! What a shame

This was just a quick break in majorca, we stayed at the hotel because some reviews had left 5 star rating, well in my honest opinion, people who leave a 5 star rating must have stayed in some seriously rubbish hotels if you can rate this a 5. one thing that really annoyed me and my wife was we was not told about the roof top pool when we arrived, 3 days in to the holiday the nice bar man by the pool said why don't we go to it, it was the first we had heard about it, and it was quite nice and quiet up there but would have been nice to hear about it. also in the lower pool, there was the entertainment chap who just constantly agued with people and was disruptive and playing football by pool and hitting guests and generally acting a fool and annoying people. first of all we got put in a room overlooking the street outside, i had emailed the week before asking for a sea view, and just asking if a fridge was available in room, no big if not but would have been nice too know. anyway i never got a reply from the hotel so i would bother if your thinking about contacting hotel before hand. also don't look at pictures of the hotel, it is very misleading, i booked this hotel because there was a picture of it with a nice pool over looking the sea, you will see the pic if you browse the hotel pics. well this couldn't be further from the truth, i am going to complain to the credit card people as this was very very misleading. i asked to be moved and we was moved the next day which was fair enough, but the new view was just loads of buildings and in the distance you could see the sea. the food at the hotel was below average, no doubt hotel will respond to this review saying how they thrive to improve, but you may want to change to a different hotel, this will never be any good. rooms are as basic as it gets, balconies are as close as they can be, neighbours both sides could just hop over side of balcony and walk in your room, and very easy to see in your room. personally i would avoid this hotel, way way before average, even the downstairs bar had no where to sit, had to sit some else and it was like a waiting room.
